My granddaughter wanted a Carmel coffee it was disgusting! Basically ice, coffee, whipped cream and a drizzle of Carmel tasted like it had no sugar tasted like black coffee $6 waste. Place was empty waited five mins for service and ten minutes to receive the coffee. Wanted to sit in the bench seating had signs do not sit here at both benched tables instead we sat in filthy cloth chairs at entrance then just decided to leave. This place will not make it it’s not busy enough. Service is slow as well. Not sure what the Adults only sign was all about in the back.

When this location was newly built, it became my go-to spot as it was close to home. Unfortunately, since then, it's become a place I'd only stop at if I was short on time. I used to be able to get no ice as it waters the drink down considerably more than other locations. And as of a few weeks ago, must be a new employee or something, they can "only do light ice". I'd be okay with light ice if it was actually light ice. They've started putting more ice in standard drinks. The bragels..they used to have thick sausage patties, nicely browned and hot when passed out the window. Now they're thin, grey, and barely lukewarm. The wait times have become insane. It should not take 15 minutes to pass a half-ice-half-coffee cup and a cold sandwich through the window. It would genuinely save me time to take a detour to Dunkin' in West Avon.

I love every morning seeing Megan and Millie's face! They know me by my name and my order! I get so excited when I see them and they make my day as I go on to work! Love seeing both of them every morning and getting my great coffee from this location!

Come here often! Your barista Megan is an asset to the store and should be manager! Such a sweet bubbly personality and always great drinks. A lot of other times I come, I end up with whipped cream on my honey cinnamon vanilla that it doesn’t come with & sometimes I’ll even get caramel on top of that. Although a lot of people like whipped cream, I don’t. So I’m just putting this out there to catch the attention of someone to let them know it doesn’t come with it! Thanks for a great little local spot!

Went to try Biggby's coffee after hearing their ad on local radio. So glad we went on Wednesday, it was their BOGO free day. What a nice surprise. Went inside vs. the drive thru.Glad to have done that. Their coffee/beverage offerings are many, taking time to finally decide. The staff was helpful and their lattes were outstanding. The moca moca was flavorful, not masking the coffee. The store was nicely decorated, and very clean. It was a former bank and the vault and door still remain. There are multiple areas to sit and relax. The store sponsors activities and there were several posters announcing upcoming events.
